Description
ASM is hiring a Senior Process Integration Engineer to contribute to the research, development, and optimization of semiconductor FEOL/BEOL processes, including lithography, etching, cleaning, deposition, and CMP. The role involves designing and analyzing DOE experiments, characterizing materials and processes, troubleshooting laboratory and pilot equipment, documenting technical results, and collaborating with R&D, process engineering, and applications teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or science field, hands-on semiconductor R&D experience, strong experimental and analytical skills, and familiarity with semiconductor equipment and software.
