Description
Infineon is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality improvements, supplier selection and evaluation, audits, supplier improvement projects, F1 material deviation handling, and raw-material supplier quality performance rating. The role requires an engineering, physics, or material science degree, systematic problem-solving skills, knowledge of quality methods such as PDCA, 8D, FMEA, MSA, and SPC, and familiarity with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3. Prior semiconductor backend or automotive industry experience is preferred, along with strong English communication, independent work, proactive learning, and willingness to travel.
