Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to implement and manage Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) systems, organize process and test yield data, audit management processes, and ensure accurate, high-quality data for decision-making. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, at least five years of Quality Assurance Engineer experience in a semiconductor or related industry, basic computer skills, initiative, interpersonal skills, and effective communication. Travel is limited to 0–25%.
