Infineon is hiring a Senior Engineer, Quality Engineering to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of its Quality Management System and drive quality culture across suppliers, production partners, and internal teams. The role focuses on compliance with standards such as IATF, audit preparation, continuous improvement, quality-risk mitigation, and the establishment of reliable quality processes for products, materials, components, and services. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or related discipline and at least three years of quality engineering experience are required; semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferable.
