Description
Micron is hiring a Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) Technology Development Engineer to support defect detection, process improvement, and technology transfer in semiconductor R&D and high-volume manufacturing. The role involves Focused Ion Beam and SEM operations, equipment setup and recipe management, tool recovery and monitoring, software upgrades, data analysis and scripting, vendor collaboration, and project management. Candidates need deep FIB and SEM expertise, more than five years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in RDA or inspection recipe setup, and experience training and mentoring engineers and technicians.
