Wabtec is hiring a Senior Engineer – Reliability Solutions to lead fleet reliability improvement programs across locomotive platforms. The role owns end-to-end root-cause investigations, containment and long-term solutions, corrective actions, international material movement, project ROI, launch readiness, service readiness, and effectiveness validation. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, 10 to 15 years of relevant engineering experience, reliability and Six Sigma training, systems or program leadership experience, and approximately 10% travel. Relocation is provided for a deserving candidate.
