Description
The role manages RDA equipment applications, recipe setup flows, tool recovery, hardware logistics, RAM lot operations, lot disposition, and continuous improvement across semiconductor metrology and RDA processes. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nano-optoelectronics, or Material Science, proficiency with RDA tools such as DF, Macro, SEM, E-beam, XRT, and SAM, and 2–3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, especially in RDA. The position may require day or night shifts, including weekends.
