WSP South Africa is seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer / Senior Engineer – Renewable Energy to serve as a technical consultant for utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and Wind Energy projects across Africa and internationally. The role covers renewable energy advisory, technical due diligence, asset performance management, techno-commercial evaluation, risk assessment, contract and stakeholder management, project design reviews, feasibility and investment support, and portfolio optimization. The position requires approximately 100% technical work, periodic international travel, and a B.Eng or BTech in engineering, with 4–8 years of relevant experience and renewable energy contract exposure.
