Micron Technology is hiring a Standard Cell Design Engineer to design and maintain standard cells for new DRAM products, develop stdcell architecture, characterize and model cells, analyze timing, power, and functionality, and build automation test benches and flows. The role requires CMOS circuit and device knowledge, full standard-cell flow experience, characterization and simulation tools, and experience with automation and data analysis.
