RESPEC is hiring a Senior Engineer (Structural) for its Denver, Colorado office. The role combines strategic business development with senior structural engineering, including client and partner relationship management, project pursuit development, negotiation, design leadership, structural analysis and detailing, construction administration, and project documentation. Candidates should have a Master of Science in Civil Engineering focused on Structural Design, a Professional Civil Engineer License, at least 15 years of progressive structural engineering experience, team leadership experience, and familiarity with structural analysis software such as RISA 3D, SAP, STAAD, or RAM. The typical salary range is $140,000 to $160,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
