RESPEC is hiring a Senior Engineer / Business Development (Structural) to join its engineering team in Denver, Colorado. The role combines strategic business development with senior structural engineering, including developing and managing relationships with public and private partners, maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal market sectors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering focused on structural design, a Professional Civil Engineer License, 10–15+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, and experience leading engineering teams and presenting to clients and stakeholders. The typical salary range is $140,000–$160,000, with a comprehensive fringe-benefits package and ESOP eligibility.
