Egis is hiring a Senior Engineer-Structures in Bangalore, India to lead and oversee structural engineering projects. The role involves developing and reviewing structural designs, performing complex calculations and analysis, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, preparing technical reports, conducting site visits, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to project planning and engineering process improvement. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in civil or structural engineering, 6–12 years of structural engineering experience focused on project engineering, hands-on experience with ETABS and SAFE, a professional engineer license or equivalent certification, and strong knowledge of structural design, analysis software, CAD, and Indian building regulations.
