BAE Systems is hiring a Senior Support Engineer - Configuration Control in Filton to support the Datum Pack and Product Configuration teams on Integrated Logistic Support build deliverables. The role covers configuration control baselines, supplier requirements, estimates, bid and proposal development, project planning, stakeholder coordination, and the sourcing, creation, reporting, delivery, and acceptance of configuration deliverables. It requires a relevant STEM qualification or equivalent experience, knowledge of the engineering lifecycle and relevant standards, and experience with production and control of plans, schedules, process instructions, forms, user guides, and standards. The position offers hybrid and flexible working, a salary of £42,215, and benefits including a pension scheme, employee share plans, private health plans, and an annual incentive.
