WD is hiring an early-career Hard Disk Drive Reliability Engineer to analyze electromechanical, magnetic recording, firmware, and media-related failures; investigate hard disk drive failures; support drive integration, product qualification, manufacturing, and field operations; and recommend technical solutions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, physics, or a related engineering discipline, with fresh graduates encouraged, and involves cross-functional work in development, manufacturing, reliability, and NPI environments.
