Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Senior Engineer, Systems Design to act as a Systems Integrator for life-science instrumentation and technology-development projects. The role leads system integration, hands-on engineering testing, interface evaluation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, test-method development, data analysis, risk assessment, and readiness handoff across multidisciplinary subsystems. Candidates need a relevant engineering or scientific degree, typically 5+ years of experience, hands-on product or instrument testing experience, strong systems thinking, and strong test-engineering fundamentals; thermal, life-science, PCR, cell and gene therapy, or imaging experience is preferred.
