Vale is hiring one Senior Engineer – Tactical Planning in Itabira, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Civil Engineering, along with experience in mine planning and/or operations and mine infrastructure, knowledge of mining software such as DESWIK, and proficiency with planning tools. Responsibilities include developing quarterly milestones, mass and quality sequencing, M+24 and D+90 plans, performance reporting, and base budget and capital investment planning.
