Target is hiring a Senior Engineer within Digital Enablement to build and support reliable, scalable digital platforms and developer tooling. The role focuses on production-grade APIs, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, automation, architecture, and complex distributed-system troubleshooting. It requires a BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience, at least four years of software engineering experience, and experience with modern deployment practices and major cloud platforms. The position operates on a hybrid/flex-for-your-day arrangement based on Target’s needs.
