Description
ASM is hiring a Total Product Support (TPS) Engineer to provide system-level technical support for advanced CMP semiconductor platforms across development and customer environments. The role supports new product introductions, first-in-fab deployments, complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, reliability and uptime improvements, global customer escalations, and cross-functional product improvement initiatives. Candidates need at least eight years of semiconductor equipment experience, CMP or similar wafer-processing equipment experience, strong system-level troubleshooting skills, familiarity with tool installation and qualification, and the ability to travel internationally.
