Description
Pickett and Associates, LLC is hiring a Senior Engineer to provide senior-level engineering and technical expertise on complex electric transmission design projects for high-voltage and extra-high-voltage overhead utility systems. The role manages and reviews line routing, survey coordination, PLS-CADD modeling, structure and foundation design, clearance checks, plan and profile development, material specifications, constructability evaluations, work-order packages, permitting, vendor and subcontractor coordination, and construction support. The position also includes scheduling project tasks, attending client and internal design review meetings, mentoring engineering team members, and providing guidance on special design questions. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, Professional Engineer certification, at least eight years of related transmission line engineering experience, and PLS-CADD experience.
