Description
Infineon is hiring a Senior Engineer, Unit Process Engineering to develop and maintain manufacturing processes, improve yield and quality, close 8D reports related to FAR, MRB, DDM, and SCAR, and lead yield, quality, and cost-reduction initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field, at least five years of related experience in front-of-line, end-of-line, or plating process engineering, preferably in semiconductor assembly manufacturing, along with strong analytical, statistical, problem-solving, reliability, and continuous-improvement skills.
