Description
Infineon is hiring a Senior Engineer, Unit Process Engineering to develop robust manufacturing processes, improve yield and quality, lead root-cause investigations and 8D closures, and drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives in semiconductor manufacturing. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field, 1–3 years of related process engineering or semiconductor assembly manufacturing experience, statistical analysis and problem-solving skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, reliability expertise, and familiarity with structured methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, process mapping, and FTA.
