Description
The role controls and improves semiconductor soldering processes through daily process monitoring, specification formulation, statistical performance analysis, root-cause investigation, defect and nonconforming-lot disposition, process-document maintenance, parameter optimization, new-product and engineering-change launch management, and technical training. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field, at least three years of semiconductor manufacturing experience including backend package assembly, and proficiency with SPC, FMEA, 8D, DOE, MSA, and other quality tools.
