Rent the Runway is hiring a Senior Engineer, Warehouse Automation and Controls to lead the design, development, integration, testing, commissioning, and continuous improvement of warehouse automation systems. The role manages automation projects, vendors, budgets, safety and quality standards, PLC and embedded systems, IoT dashboards, digital twins, and robotic or electromechanical equipment, while providing technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams. It requires approximately 25% travel and offers a base salary of $140,000 to $160,000.
