Zip is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for Agentic Process & Self Service to lead multiple engineering teams building AI-powered customer experiences, intelligent self service, automation, and scalable engineering platforms. The role partners closely with Product, Design, and Data & AI leaders to shape engineering strategy, guide architecture, develop engineering managers and senior engineers, and drive strong delivery, operational performance, and continuous improvement. The position is hybrid, with team connection days in the Sydney or Melbourne office.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience leading multiple engineering teams in a modern product-led technology organization
Experience delivering customer-facing AI-enabled products, intelligent self-service platforms, or conversational experiences
Strong software engineering expertise across cloud platforms, distributed systems, and modern engineering practices
Experience developing Engineering Managers and building high-performing engineering cultures
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, RAG, vector databases, or enterprise AI platforms
Knowledge of AI safety, evaluation frameworks, and secure responsible AI in regulated environments
