Atlys is hiring a senior engineering leader to own AI, Backend, and Infrastructure teams and report directly to the CTO. The role focuses on building multi-agent systems with durable execution, scaling backend architecture, improving deployment and observability, reducing operational complexity through platform engineering and Infrastructure as Code, and growing engineering leadership. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of engineering experience, including leading multiple teams or managers in a high-growth environment, and experience with multi-agent systems, durable execution platforms, developer platforms, and engineering organization building.
