GetYourGuide is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the AI Platform team responsible for building and operating production-grade LLM infrastructure, evaluation systems, abstraction layers, and safety guardrails. The role owns hiring and performance management, roadmap and portfolio allocation, complex technical solutions, LLM development best practices, stakeholder partnerships, and the team’s engineering culture.
