Description
Sonatus is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to build and lead its AI Validation function, covering AI/ML, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI systems across embedded, in-vehicle, cloud-connected, and cloud-native environments. The role owns validation strategy, evaluation frameworks, benchmarking, governance, safety, compliance, and release readiness, while leading and growing the AI Validation organization. It requires a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of software or systems engineering experience, 3+ years leading engineering or QA organizations, and deep expertise in AI testing, LLM/RAG evaluation, Python, and related tools. The position is based at Sonatus's Sunnyvale headquarters and offers a base salary of $240,000–$290,000 USD, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a hybrid work arrangement.
