Description
Additive is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to serve as a hands-on player-coach for an engineering team focused on document ingestion and extraction, tax-data systems, AI-native preparation and review, evaluation infrastructure, and platform reliability. The manager will directly oversee 4–6 engineers initially, with the team growing to 10–12, while remaining an active technical contributor and contributing to hiring, performance development, product evaluation, customer-facing outcomes, and team output. The role is based in Downtown San Francisco five days per week, with relocation costs covered.
