Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Space Mission Systems (SMS) is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead their Advanced Electro-Optical Systems (AEOS) Engineering Department in Albuquerque, NM. This role involves setting strategy, leading execution, and growing a multidisciplinary team of over 100 engineers and managers. The manager will define the technical vision, develop people and processes, and ensure timely delivery of mission-ready systems. They will also partner with customers, program leadership, and internal Boeing teams.
