Description
Boston Dynamics is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its ML Platform Team, which provides foundational GPU compute, data storage, indexing, retrieval, and pipeline infrastructure for machine learning. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical strategy, architecture, reliability, cost optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and team building as the team grows from four to 10–12 engineers. Candidates should have 7–12 years of engineering experience, including 2–3 years in management or technical leadership, and experience building or scaling platform, infrastructure, or ML systems teams. The base pay is $198,000 to $300,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and an annual bonus structure.
