Coderio is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of complex digital products while maintaining hands-on technical authority. The role leads 8–15 distributed engineers, manages software development lifecycle, capacity, budgets, risks, and client relationships, and makes architectural and technical-tradeoff decisions. It requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years managing engineering or technical teams, deep experience with Java, Python, or Node.js, cloud-native and microservices architecture, and experience with senior-level stakeholders.
