HighLevel is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for its Payments Platform, which supports checkout, subscriptions, payment orchestration, invoicing, and financial reconciliation. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with team growth, roadmap execution, platform architecture, reliability and operational excellence, API governance, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Candidates need at least 12 years of experience building scalable distributed backend systems, including 5+ years with Go, plus experience managing large-scale engineering teams and leading business-critical distributed systems.
