Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to define and drive the JAX engineering strategy across its ecosystem, including JAX core, XLA, Shardy, MPMD, and application-level codebases. The role coordinates compiler, runtime, networking, and hardware teams; builds partnerships with open-source projects; designs processes and success criteria; manages staffing and capacity; and leads, grows, and mentors a high-performing engineering organization. Candidates need an MS or PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of software engineering experience, and 4+ years in engineering management or technical leadership, along with strong system software, compiler, high-performance computing, or AI framework expertise.
