SimCorp is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager, IT Solutions in Noida to found and lead a new IT team building operational tooling, applications, integrations, and data solutions. The role combines people management with hands-on engineering and solution architecture, including hiring and developing ~5–6 full-stack developers, owning Snowflake data-platform patterns, managing delivery and release cadence, coordinating QA, and establishing engineering standards. The position requires 5–8 years of software-engineering leadership experience, strong .NET and full-stack capabilities, cloud and CI/CD expertise, and familiarity with data platforms; it offers a global hybrid policy with two office days per week.
