BigChange is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager in Leeds for a full-time hybrid role leading engineering teams responsible for its BigChange product suite, including legacy monolith modernization, microservices, web, mobile, backend, cloud, data, observability, security, and AI-first software development. The manager will develop people, set technical strategy, oversee platform evolution, manage delivery and incidents, and partner with Product, Commercial, and executive leadership. The role requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, hands-on mobile and systems architecture expertise, and strong executive communication and people leadership skills.
