Skydropx is hiring a senior engineering leader to own delivery roadmaps, complex code, architecture, production stability, release flows, team development, hiring, and technical documentation for high-scale services. The role requires advanced Spanish, at least six years of Ruby on Rails and .NET experience, event-driven development knowledge, and strong organizational and reasoning skills; GCP, Kafka, Pub/Sub, containerization, and algorithm knowledge are considered advantages. The position is based in Brazil and is 100% remote.
