ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Automated Testing Framework (ATF) platform team, responsible for building intelligent, AI-native testing capabilities for customers at enterprise scale. The role focuses on leading multiple product development teams, driving engineering excellence, scaling automation and reliability strategies, and partnering with product management and cross-functional stakeholders. It requires deep technical expertise in software development, architecture, testing, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms, and strong leadership experience, including managing large distributed technical teams and supporting customers directly.
