The role manages engineers from mid-level through staff, handles performance and career development, drives delivery and technical direction, partners with Product and Design, and oversees architecture, risk, feasibility, and engineering practices. Candidates need at least five years of management experience, including managing more than one team or tech leads, and at least ten years of production software experience. The position is remote-first with a dedicated New York City office, offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, and pays a base salary of $260,000 to $310,000.
