Description
Altana is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its regulated and sovereign cloud environments across AWS and Azure. The role owns architecture, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, release tooling, accreditation, security controls, operational practices, cost management, and team leadership for three to four engineers across the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. It requires SRE or platform engineering leadership experience, at least eight years of production cloud infrastructure experience, direct experience with highly regulated government environments, and a BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. The role can be fully remote within the United States or based in Brooklyn, New York, or Washington, District of Columbia, with hybrid work flexibility.
