Prealize Health is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager, Cloud Platform & DevSecOps for a remote, full-time experienced role. The position is a hands-on leadership role focused on leading a DevSecOps team and owning the security, reliability, and operational excellence of an AWS serverless platform that supports healthcare AI/data science workloads. Responsibilities include designing and operating cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code, building secure CI/CD pipelines, driving HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC 2 compliance, improving observability and incident response, and partnering across engineering, data science, product, and compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of DevOps/platform/SRE/security engineering experience, at least 2 years leading technical teams, strong AWS/CDK or Terraform, Python scripting, and strong communication skills.
