Description
SoFi Tech Solutions is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its Data Team and own the roadmap for collecting, modeling, governing, and serving data. The role includes building and scaling the Data Platform and Data Analytics teams, setting technical standards for pipelines, warehousing, and analytics tooling, managing delivery, and establishing data governance, access control, and PII/PCI compliance. The manager will also partner with Finance, Risk, Product, and Operations to translate reporting needs into scalable data models and self-serve tooling, while overseeing dashboards, metrics, semantic models, data quality, and incident response.
