Very is hiring a senior data engineering leader to manage multiple Data Engineering Managers, BI Engineering Managers, and Lead Engineers across approximately 40 engineers and analysts. The role will shape data engineering strategy, modernise cloud and data platforms, deliver scalable data products, manage technical debt and roadmaps, and build relationships with business stakeholders. It requires extensive experience leading large-scale data engineering organisations, hands-on data engineering, cloud and data platform expertise, and strong people leadership.
