Immersive is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager - Data for a remote UK role to lead and scale its data engineering team of 8+ engineers. Reporting to the VP Engineering, the manager will own the data engineering strategy, modernize cloud data infrastructure, improve architecture and reliability, set team performance standards, and collaborate with product, analytics, and commercial teams. The role requires proven experience leading data engineering or data platform teams, strong coaching and mentorship, knowledge of modern data architectures and cloud platforms, stakeholder management, and the ability to define and execute technology strategies.
