Description
Checkr is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for Mortgage to lead 16+ engineers and serve as the head of engineering for its mortgage business. The role owns the technical roadmap and architecture, product delivery, quality incidents, hiring, mentoring, and strategic planning, while partnering with Product and business leadership. Candidates need at least 8 years as an engineering manager and 12 years as an engineer, including experience managing large teams and managers, along with knowledge of service architecture, machine learning, AI, and regulated-environment product operations. The role is based in one of Checkr’s hub locations and requires working from the office at least three days per week.
