Alan is hiring an engineering leader to own the technical direction and growth of its insurance offer area, which covers health, life, disability, and employee benefits across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. The role focuses on building a shared core insurance stack, AI-assisted underwriting and pricing, contract lifecycle, and product tooling, while also hiring and developing engineering talent. Candidates should have at least three years of experience leading engineering teams, experience establishing engineering standards and guiding architecture, and a strong interest in healthcare technology and AI systems.
