Mirakl is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead two engineering squads—Seller Experience and Channel Integration—within its Mirakl Connect team. The role is based in Paris or Bordeaux with one day of remote work per week and involves managing approximately 12 engineers, setting technical direction, coordinating with Product and Design, improving engineering operations, and developing people. Candidates need 4–5 years of engineering leadership experience, e-commerce or marketplace experience, a solid Java background, and fluency in French and English.
