Description
KAYAK is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead one or more agile engineering teams focused on operational quality, backend architecture, reliability, security, incident remediation, and engineering culture for its corporate travel technology platform. The role requires at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including 5 years in engineering leadership, and must be performed from KAYAK’s Kaunas office three days per week. Compensation includes a gross monthly base salary of 7,080–10,000 EUR, a yearly bonus of approximately 15% of annual salary, and a Booking Holdings RSU package.
