Description
The Senior Engineering Manager (Land Development) leads large land-development projects from initiation through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, permits, quality, risk, clients, and regulatory agencies. The role also independently designs civil infrastructure, prepares AutoCAD Civil 3D plans and engineering reports, performs hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, leads cost estimating and QA/QC, and mentors engineering staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience, at least 15 years of land-development experience with a Professional Engineering License, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam. Compensation is $170,000–$200,000 per year, with an introductory full-time period.
