WEX is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Mobility Web Experience Engineering organization. The role owns web engineering strategy and architecture in partnership with technical leaders, drives roadmaps and cross-functional initiatives, improves delivery and operational excellence, and leads hiring, coaching, performance management, and development of engineering managers and software engineers. The position requires substantial software engineering and engineering management experience, expertise with modern web applications including Angular or React and micro-frontend architectures, and knowledge of web security, automation, analytics, and engineering productivity. Preferred experience includes shared web platforms, distributed systems, CI/CD, observability, payments, fleet, fintech, and commercial card solutions.
