Super is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager – Payment Experience to lead two cross-functional squads focused on card payment experiences and the Player Cashier platform. The role owns full-stack systems spanning PSP integrations, 3DS routing, frontend performance, native iOS/Android delivery, QA, release readiness, observability, incident management, and production reporting. Candidates should have experience leading customer-facing, correctness-critical payment or fintech systems, full-stack engineering, systems reliability, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, with a track record of improving conversion, approval rates, or performance.
